The Cadac Carri Chef 40 Fat Pan is a replacement pan for your Carri Chef 40 barbecue. It sits on the burner base and catches grease while you cook, ready for your next outdoor meal.

Cleaning tips:

For easier cleaning, add a little water to the trough before lighting the BBQ. This helps prevent fat from baking onto the pan. After cooking, let the pan cool completely. Then lift it out, empty it and wash with warm, soapy water.
