Ordered 15kg gas refill on line, very quick and easy. Staff at the shop on collection very polite, friendly as always. Could do enough to help. Bought and 7.5kg refill at the shop. As I have back injury the staff member brought and out both bottles in my car, couldn't do enough.

Arranged click and collect x 2 15kg Butane Cylinders. Speedy counter, till transaction, removal of old and provision of refill cylinders (by Nick) to my vehicle. Great service by the Towler & Staines Keighley team.

This is the 3rd I've bought of this size and I also have the larger one. We use them all year round on our cadac bbqs and on our gas hob and have thrown out my frying pans.
