Shipping policy

Our delivery options are:

Standard Delivery: Up to 5 working days (In some cases, we may ask customers to wait for longer durations)

Express Delivery: 1-2 working days

Local Delivery: This option is only available for local customers in and around the Keighley/Bradford area, and applies mainly to gas cylinder deliveries and larger appliances such as barbecues and heaters. A delivery time will be allocated/discussed after the order has been placed. 

Orders should be made by 12pm Monday to Thursday to be delivered within the estimated amount of working days.
Orders made on Friday (After 12pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note that at certain times of the year, Local Deliveries may be delayed without prior notice.
Orders placed within the last week of March may be subject to delays due to stock taking processes. 

All delivery times are estimates. We use external couriers for our website orders and delays can occur. We will always try our best to provide a quick, efficient service and provide appropriate compensation where applicable, at the discretion of our management.
