The 10mm thick baking stone can withstand temperatures of 500 degrees C and can be used in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles and gas BBQs to bake pita bread, pizza, focaccia etc. It fits the standard module of the cadac Meridian & Titan range grids (265mm x 480mm).
